Will Phillips’ Walk-Off Single Lifts Wabash To Win Over Blackburn

Wabash College junior outfielder Will Phillips delivered a bases-loaded single for a walk-off 5-4 win over Blackburn College in the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday afternoon at Goodrich Ballpark. Wabash (14-12) held a 4-2 lead after scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning before Blackburn (4-23) rallied for a pair of runs to tie the game in the top of the eighth.
