Baseball Selected as “Team of the Week”

Shreveport – The Centenary baseball team has been selected as Centenary Athletics’ “Team of the Week” after the Diamond Gents recorded another series win in conference play this past weekend on the road against the University of St. Thomas Celts in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play in Houston. The Diamond Gents (16-11, 11-3 SCAC) recorded a 4-2 win in the series opener on Friday night and then split a doubleheader on Saturday, winning game one by a score of 7-3 and falling 8-7 in 10 innings in game two.
