Jess Perucki Named To The NE10 Weekly Honor Roll For Week Eight
Perucki starred in SCSU Softball's rivalry twinbill against New Haven, picking up a win, a save and homering twice as the Owls swept a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader against the Chargers, 4-0 and 3-0. Both performances earning her a spot once again on the NE10 weekly honor roll. She started the first game and finished the second game, and managed to hit a pair of home runs in between. In Game 1, Perucki took a perfect game into the seventh inning, retiring the first 18 batters she faced, before giving up a lead-off single to the Chargers in their final at-bats....
