Kiki Iriafen enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots
LSU Tigers
Kim Mulkey’s Baylor program was one of Iriafen’s finalists during her high school recruiting process. With Mulkey now in Baton Rouge, there could be mutual interest in Iriafen joining the Tigers. LSU has returned to prominence under Mulkey’s reign, going 65-8 combined the last two seasons while winning a national championship in 2023. A lot of frontcourt talent should return to Baton Rouge next year, including Sa’Myah Smith and Aalyah Del Rosario, as should talented guards Aneesah Morrow, Flau’jae Johnson and Mikaylah Williams. However, the Tigers have already lost Hailey Van Lith to the transfer portal while Angel Reese is headed to the WNBA. Replacing Reese in particular will be tough, but Iriafen seems like a natural fit to do so.
