Late rally lifts Grove City to sweep

GROVE CITY, Pa. — Two late rallies helped the Grove City College softball team sweep a home Presidents’ Athletic Conference doubleheader Monday evening from Chatham at College. Grove City scored three late runs in the opener to earn a 6-3 victory. In Game Two, Grove City used a five-run sixth inning to rally past Chatham, 8-4. Grove City (13-13, 5-7) trailed 4-2 in the fifth inning of the nightcap before battling back.
