Rister garners weekly pitching accolades

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (April 15) – For the second time this spring, California (PA) junior Caleigh Rister was chosen the Pennsylvania State Athlete Conference (PSAC) West Pitcher of the Week on Monday afternoon. Rister finished with a 3-0 record and a 1.52 ERA over 23.0 innings pitched last week, as the Vulcans posted a 4-2 mark over three league doubleheaders. She tossed three complete games and made one relief appearance while registering a combined 22 strikeouts.
