ATLANTA, Ga . – Two members of the Belhaven Baseball team were named among the CCS Baseball Players of the Week this week announced on Monday. Brett Sanchez earned Pitcher of the Week honors, while freshman pitcher Kyle Norris was named the league’s Rookie of the Week. Sanchez was dominant on the mound in Belhaven’s 1-0 series-opening over LaGrange on Friday. The Blazers’ ace threw a complete game shutout, scattering just three hits and punching out seven.
