Softball to host “Angels in the Outfield” Suicide Awareness games on Thursday

WAYNEBURG, Pa. (April 15) – The Waynesburg University softball team is hosting its third annual Angels in the Outfield suicide awareness games on Thursday, April 18, when the Jackets welcome Grove City for a Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) doubleheader. The Jackets will wear purple and teal accessories and warm up in t-shirts sponsored by Team Hope, a local suicide awareness and prevention group, and the Greene County chapter of Together With Veterans, a community-based suicide prevention program for rural veterans.
