Vulcans blank Washington & Jefferson, 9-0

WASHINGTON, Pa. (April 14) – The Vulcans rolled to a 9-0 win against nearby Washington & Jefferson, a NCAA Division III program, in non-conference play on Saturday morning. RECORDS/SERIES • The California (PA) tennis team improves to 7-10 this season while playing its fourth match against a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) member. • The Presidents fall to 5-6 overall after playing their only dual match of the spring campaign. • Cross-county schools Cal and W&J were meeting for the second time this season, as the Presidents previously earned a 4-3 victory at Roadman Park in the fall.
