Aztecs in Fifth After First Round of MW Championship
RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – The San Diego State women’s golf team sits in fifth place after one round at the Mountain West Championship. The Aztecs shot a six-over-par 294 and were led by Emma Narita and Stephanie Barbaglia who both carded rounds under par. Narita is tied for fourth place after shooting a two-under-par 70. She only bogeyed one hole, the first one, then was three-under-par the rest of the way. Narita tied for the best scores on par threes, averaging 2.75 strokes per par three.
