Shreveport – The Centenary baseball team split a non-conference doubleheader with the LeTourneau University YellowJackets on Tuesday evening at home, winning the first game 13-4 and falling 5-4 in game two at Shehee Stadium. The Diamond Gents (17-12, 11-3 SCAC) will return to Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play on the road this weekend to face the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs in Seguin, Texas in a key series on Friday (6 p.m.) and Saturday (DH at 1 and 4 p.m.).
