Are the Hurricanes fun again? It has been a while, but there is some newfound buzz surrounding the program with new QB Cameron Ward. There are hopes that they can be a top dog in the ACC. Daryl Porter returns as the leader of the cornerback room, but after him, it is a group of guys fighting for a starting spot. McClain could join that grouping and be an instant favorite to start on the outside. He was a Miami commit before flipping to Colorado in January 2023.
