Heer and Yang Named Bobcats of the Week

BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae women’s tennis junior Rhidaim Yang and men’s volleyball junior Sebastian Heer have been named Bobcats of the Week for April 8 – April 15. Yang, a Lima, Peru native, pushed her match-winning streak to six in a row with victories over Francis Marion and Mount Olive at the No. 2 singles position. Yang picked up a 6-1, 6-2 win over FMU’s Chelsea Seidewitz and collected a 6-0, 6-1 win over Mount Olive’s Valeria Guerrero.
