BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Isabella Smith has been named as the D1Softball National Pitcher of the Week, they announced Tuesday afternoon. Smith compiled a 0.82 ERA for the week after holding five Duke players hitless in Campbell’s 3-2 win over No. 3 Duke, which is also the highest ranked win in program history. She finished the week 3-0 after tossing back-to-back five-inning shutouts to help lead the Camels to a conference sweep over College of Charleston.
