Mason Falls to George Washington in Tuesday Doubleheader
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The George Mason softball team (14-29, 5-12 A-10) were swept by cross-river rival George Washington (22-20, 8-9 A-10) in Tuesday’s doubleheader at GW Softball Field. In Game One, the Revolutionaries Run-Ruled the Patriots 10-2 in five innings. In Game Two, the Revolutionaries walked-off the Patriots 2-1 in the eighth inning.PATRIOT HIGHLIGHTS Marlaina Bozek went 4-for-7 across both games.
