Hanover Park, Ill. — The Wheaton men’s tennis team returned home after four consecutive road matches to take on the Augustana Vikings in a key CCIW contest this afternoon. Moved indoors due to rain in the Wheaton area, the Thunder and their Rock Island visitors played out Tuesday’s conference fixture at Centre Court. Augustana earned an impressive 7-2 road win which confirmed their CCIW record for the season at 4-3 and dropped the Thunder’s mark to 11-5 overall and 2-2 in conference action.
