Millikin’s Knudsen named to Academic All-America® Team

DECATUR, Illinois—For the second straight season, Millikin University senior women’s basketball player Elyce Knudsen (Philo, Tolono Unity H.S.) was named by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) to the 2023-34 Academic All-America® Women’s Basketball First Team for NCAA Division III on April 16. The Academic All-America program® recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The honor is another in a long list of post season awards for Knudsen. Last month, Knudsen was named to the D3hoops.com All-America First Team and to the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division III All-America Team.…
