Softball: McKenna Barry Chosen as SUNYAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

Cortland junior McKenna Barry (Clifton Park/Shenendehowa) has been chosen as the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 14. Barry was the winning pitcher for Cortland in both games of a doubleheader at Oneonta last Monday, April 8. She allowed just one earned run, nine hits and one walk with one strikeout over 12 innings. Barry started the opener and tossed a complete-game five-hitter with two runs, one earned, in a 4-2 win. She entered in relief in the second game and tossed five shutout innings with four hits…
