Stone named RMAC Player of the Week
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Skyhawks softball second baseman Kayla Stone slugged her way through a four-game sweep of Black Hills State last weekend en route to capturing Week 11 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon. Stone, a five-foot-five senior and native of Salinas, Calif., has been one of the hottest bats for Fort Lewis across her two-year tenure in Durango.
