Towson Softball Powers Past Coppin State, 3-0 on Tuesday

TOWSON, Md. – Towson softball used a second inning home run from Kristin Toland and a strong pitching performance from Erin Brown in a 3-0 win against Coppin State on Tuesday. The Tigers retired seven straight in the middle innings against the Eagles. Towson (17-26) concluded their homestand with a win thanks to six hits including a pair from Grace Franczyk in the win.
