UC San Diego Scholar-Athletes Shine in The Big West Winter Academic All-Conference Team

Nine UC San Diego scholar-athletes made it to The Big West Winter All-Academic Team, meeting strict GPA and participation criteria.

• 83 scholar-athletes across men's and women's basketball in The Big West were honored.
• UC Riverside led with 11 honorees, followed closely by Long Beach State with 10 and UC San Diego with nine.

• UC San Diego joined The Big West Conference in NCAA Division I after a successful stint in Division II.
• The Tritons have a history of academic excellence with high graduation rates and numerous individual accomplishments.
