Women’s Basketball’s Shay Holle named CSC Academic All-American
AUSTIN, Texas — Texas women’s basketball senior Shay Holle has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Team, the organization announced on Tuesday. The CSC Academic All-America program was established in 1952 and is the longest running and premier award for athletic and academic success in collegiate sports. Holle becomes the second player in Texas women’s basketball history to earn this award. Jamie Carey was honored in 2004. Holle finished her undergraduate degree in three years in Finance from the McCombs School of Business and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in strategic communication. On the court…
