WESTWOOD, Mass. – Aidan Rice (Columbus, Ohio) was recently dubbed the NEWMAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 15th. Rice played major roles in two wins for Emerson, allowing one hit and striking out seven batters in five innings between both appearances. On April 9th, the graduate student earned his second save of the season in a 9-8 win over WPI. He allowed one hit and struck out two in securing the Lions first conference win of the season.
