Bryant lands on injured list with low back strain
PHILADELPHIA — Kris Bryant is returning to the injured list with a low back strain. This is the latest in a long line of injuries for the former National League Most Valuable Player. Bryant suffered the injury after crashing into the outfield wall in Toronto during the first inning of Saturday’s game. The Rockies hoped the 32-year-old could avoid the IL, but the issue continued to linger into the middle of the week.
