BOSTON - The Boston University field hockey program gathered at The Stockyard for its annual banquet, honoring its 2023 team and outgoing seniors. Senior Thalia Steenssens was named the team's Most Valuable Player for 2023 as the Belgian midfielder saved her best season for last, leading the team in both points (20) and assists (10) while earning All-Patriot League First Team and NFHCA All-Region Second Team honors for the second consecutive year.
