Heidelberg slipped to 4-12 overall and 1-7 in the OAC while John Carroll improved to 7-4, 6-1 OAC. In goal, Wilson Runnette amassed 18 saves, Benjamin Evans took four of Heidelberg’s 11 shots. The Student Princes combined for 25 ground balls – lead by three players with four apiece. Heidelberg hosts Muskingum on Saturday for a 6 p.m. game. Senior Day festivities will take place before the match for Kevin Smith and Jonathon Brickman.
