Max Fiedler Named Third Team CSC Academic All-American

4/17/2024 11:00:00 AM | Men’s Basketball HOUSTON — Rice men’s basketball fifth-year senior forward Max Fiedler was named a Third Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Communicators, the organization announced Wednesday morning. He becomes just the third Owl to earn Academic All-America honors, and the first since 1995, joining Bobby Tudor (1982) and Adam Peakes (1994 and 1995). A three-time Conference USA Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Fiedler has a 3.91 GPA while getting his MBA.
