Pitt Drops Hard-Fought Midweek to Ohio State, 3-2

PITTSBURGH – Pitt dropped a hard-fought contest to Ohio State, 3-2, after an hour and a half weather delay at Buckeye Field, Wednesday night. The Panthers outhit the Buckeyes, 7-3, but ultimately fell by one run to Ohio State. Kat Rodriguez went 2-for-4 as six different Panthers recorded a hit. Kylie Griggs went 1-for-4 to extend her on-base streak to 13 games. Griggs is batting .343 (12-for-35) with nine walks in that span.
