Season Recap: Sibold National Runner-Up in Historic Women’s Indoor Track & Field Season, Balanced Contributions from Remainder of Squad

Balanced contributions from upper-class team members and first-years was the theme of the season for the St. Lawrence University women’s indoor track and field team, according to head coach Kate Howard. Our goals are always to be at our best at the conference, regional, and national level meets of the season and we were able to achieve those goals, said Howard.
