Softball Defeated by Providence
Providence, R.I.— Merrimack Softball re-entered non-conference play falling to the Providence College Friars by a score of 7-2 on Wednesday afternoon. The Warriors got off to a quick start, with their first two hitters reaching with singles and stealing a base, Courtney Lanpher would score Thiana Brito on a fielder's choice, and Sam Russalesi would score on a Gabby Kaduson sacrifice fly.
