Steen Earns Second Team CSC Academic All-America®

AUSTIN, Texas – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2024 Men’s Basketball Academic All-America teams, which included Florida Southern College sophomore standout Alex Steen . Steen was one of 16 members selected to the First-, Second-, or Third team and just one of three sophomores to be named to the teams. The second team honors mark the highest honor received for Florida Southern men’s basketball student-athletes, as Alex Steen joins Mark King (1981-82, Honorable Mention) and Dylan Travis (2015-16, Third Team) as the only three to earn Academic All-America honors in a Moccasin uniform.
