Vikings win, combine for 40 runs with Pirates
NEW BERLIN — New Berlin West hosted Pewaukee in a Woodland West Conference softball showdown on Monday night. It is safe to say this game was not a pitcher’s duel. Down 10-3 going into the bottom of the fourth inning, the Vikings scored an astonishing 17 runs in the inning to take a 20-10 lead. The game finished 25-15 in favor of the home side.
