Women’s Lacrosse Falls to Alvernia
ST. DAVIDS, Pa.– Eastern University Women’s Lacrosse scored four times, but the Eagles were unable to slow down the visiting Alvernia University Golden Wolves in a 21-4 loss. Ava Weiman scored twice and Jordana Fredo posted a career-high 13 saves. The Eagles had their best moments to close the first quarter. Weiman rolled the crease to dunk home her eighth goal of the year with less than a minute to play in the period. Gracie Horton won the ensuing draw and found Emerson Shauger in the midfield.
