WVSU Softball falls at home under the lights
INSTITUTE, W.Va. – West Virginia State played their first and only night game at Lady Jackets Field this season on Wednesday night and dropped both ends of the doubleheader to the No. 13 University of Charleston Golden Eagles, 6-4 and 7-1. Post Game Records WVSU: 19-24, 10-12 MEC UC: 35-2, 21-1 MEC Game 1 - WVSU 4, UC 6 UC struck early, scoring two runs in the first inning on a pair of RBI singles.
