Comebacks Fall Short in Pair of Losses at UWO
OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point baseball team (15-9, 7-5) were unable to complete a pair of comebacks as UW-Oshkosh (15-13, 9-7) swept the Pointers on Thursday. UWSP fell in game one, 8-3, before dropping game two, 7-4. Trent Van Ess (Two Rivers, Wis./Two Rivers) had three hits, including two home runs, in game two. He drove in three.
