Lamija Avdic Named WAC Freshman of the Year

ARLINGTON, TX - Lamija Avdic was named the WAC Women's Tennis Freshman of the Year, the conference announced Wednesday, April 17. Along with her impressive Freshman of the Year award, Avdic was also named singles first team All-WAC. Avdic had an impressive first season with the Redhawks, with an overall record of 16-6 and a dominant conference record of 7-0 in singles play.
