No. 25 Tigers Outlasted By No. 9 Lions In New Jersey
After eight straight wins, the No. 25 Colorado College women’s lacrosse team faced a tough challenge from No. 9 The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey, on Thursday afternoon. Despite a valiant effort by CC, the Lions overcame a three-goal deficit in the fourth quarter and scored five consecutive goals to pull ahead, ending the Tigers’ winning streak. Kendall Havill , Tobin Lonergan , and Charlotte Iler each scored three goals as the game went back and forth for all four quarters, and each team seemed to dominate by quarter.
