Mansfield, Mass. - The Northeast-10 Conference has released the winners of the Sport Excellence Award for the winter season, and Adelphi University junior swimmer Cooper Rivers made history as the program's first-ever recipient of the distinguished honor. A total of 72 student-athletes were honored as Academic All-Conference performers, across the seven winter sports that the NE10 sponsors. Each honoree was then voted on in their respective sport to be named the Sport Excellence Award winner.
