Softball Slugs Way to Split

The Muhlenberg softball team split its final non-conference doubleheader of the season, taking the second game at Moravian. After being held to two baserunners in the first game, a 14-0 loss, the Mules (20-13) broke out the bats in the nightcap, belting out 14 hits, including two home runs and a triple, in a 14-9 victory. Both home runs came off the bat of junior Kaya Mahy – a two-run shot to cap a four-run first and a grand slam in the fourth.
