Softball Walks Off with Sweep of Widener

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Softball team took both ends of a non-conference doubleheader against Widener University by scores of 5-0 and 4-3 on Thursday afternoon, signaling their first wins over the Pride since 2013. The first game started off slow with the first four innings going scoreless. With one out in the fifth, Kristen Pagliaro reached on a fielder’s choice with Cioni Simmons making it to third on an error after earlier reaching on a fielder’s choice.
