Seven Lamar University student-athletes from six teams have been named National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-Americans, recognizing their dedication to strength and conditioning, as well as academic excellence. The honorees include Peyton Sanderson, Kanin Dodge, Brooks Caple, and Tanner Wilson from baseball, Natalee Bergeron from women's cross country and track and field, Linnea Jerlebo from women's golf, and Taliah Hill from women's basketball. Over the past three seasons, Lamar University has had 19 student-athletes across 10 different teams receive this honor, with five athletes from ranked teams and two from conference title teams. The NSCA is a non-profit association founded in 1978 to advance strength and conditioning professions globally.
