Badgers prevail over UIC Flames

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin volleyball team returned to the Field House to kick off their first and only home spring season match against the UIC Flames. The Badgers defeated the Flames (25-28, 25-17, 25-13). For the first time since December 2023, the Badgers took the court to plan another opponent. After shaking off a little rust, Wisconsin strung together a solid first set. Anna Smrek sparked the Badgers offense with a big kill for a 20-18 UW lead.
