Baseball Drops First Game vs. Georgia College
COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University baseball team dropped the first game against Peach Belt Conference rival Georgia College State University 5-1 Friday evening at Ragsdale Field at Burger King Stadium. The Bobcats out-hit the Cougars 12-9 on Friday to take the first game of the three-game series. In the first inning, GCSU took a 2-0 lead thanks to a two-run home run.
