Baseball Takes Series Opener over Anderson
HICKORY, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Baseball Team improved its win streak to three games as the Bears started their final home series of the season with a 7-3 victory over Anderson. The even innings proved to be the difference maker as the Bears scored six of their seven runs in the second, fourth and sixth frames. The biggest inning of the day for LR came in the sixth, where the Bears tallied three runs to pull ahead of the Trojans.
