Baseball Tops King’s to Open Series

AMBLER – The Arcadia University baseball team topped King’s College 9-5 to open its Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) series at Skip Wilson Field on Friday afternoon. FOR THE RECORD -Arcadia improved to 23-10 overall and 11-4 in MAC Freedom play. -King’s fell to 9-19 and 4-11. HOW IT HAPPENED -King’s opened the scoring with a run in the top of the first. – Gabe Diaz tied the score with an RBI single in the bottom of the second that brought home Tommy Ajjan . -Ajjan homered to open the bottom of the fourth giving the Knights the lead.…
