JACKSON, Tenn. – The Montevallo baseball team dropped game one against Union, Friday, in walk-off fashion, 2-1. In a low-scoring affair, Union managed to take game one from the Falcons in the bottom of the ninth. The home side added its first early on, following a wild pitch in the second inning. After six scoreless frames from both pitching staffs, Connor Crowson even the score 1-1 with his eighth homer of the year, a solo shot.
