Galena runner awards Special Olympics Nevada with $10,000 grant
Eleanor Raker, a Galena High School junior and Gatorade Nevada Girls' Cross Country Player of the Year, awarded Special Olympics Nevada with a $10,000 grant thank to her winning the state honor. After Raker won the Gatorade Nevada Girls' Cross Country Player of the Year award, she submitted a short video to be considered for one of the 12 Spotlight Grants of $10,000.
