Jax State Advances To Semifinals Of CUSA Tournament

MIAMI, FL. – Jacksonville State's women's tennis team advanced to the semifinals of the CUSA Tournament thanks to a 4-2 victory over Middle Tennessee on Friday. The Gamecocks, the 3-seed in the tournament, downed the Blue Raiders, the 6-seed, by claiming the doubles point before heading to singles play. Polina Ramenskaja and Dariana Prato got the first win in a 6-2 triumph over Middle Tennessee's Ilaria Sposetti and Lilly-Sophi Schmidt on court No. 3.
