MU Takes Series Opener From DeSales

The Misericordia University baseball team opened a three-game series with DeSales with a 7-2 win, Friday afternoon at Tambur Field. Garrett McIlhenney , Jack Regenye and Connor Maryniak all had two hits and Joe Comins drove in two runs. Joe Valenti scattered eight hits and allowed just one earned run over seven innings to earn the win. Matt Lanzendorfer pitched two shutout innings in relief.
