San Diego Wave FC Falls 1-0 to Orlando Pride at Inter&Co Stadium

ORLANDO (April 19, 2024) – San Diego Wave FC (1-2-1, 4 points) fell 1-0 to Orlando Pride (2-0-3, 9 points) at Inter&Co Stadium on Friday night. Orlando got on the board first with a goal in the 26th minute from Summer Yates. Angelina picked off a ball outside the Wave box, taking a touch before sending it wide to Kerry Abello. The Orlando midfielder then hit a cross that fell on frame and was pushed away by San Diego goalkeeper Kailen Sheridan, but the rebound landed at the feet of Yates who finished it to give the Pride the lead.…
